Guangxi-Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Guangxi Doctoral Group Visited Guilin Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. for Research and Exchange

In order to thoroughly implement the construction and deployment of "Science and Technology Innovation in Guilin", and to build a bridge connecting high-level talents from Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, and Guangxi with local enterprises in Guilin for industry-university-research cooperation, on July 23, 2026, the Guangxi Doctoral Delegation from Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, and Guangxi visited Guilin Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. for on-site visits and exchanges, participating in the "Science and Technology Innovation in Guilin" summer social practice activity organized by the Guangxi Doctoral Delegation from Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, and Guangxi.

This event is jointly hosted by the Working Committee of the Guangxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League in Guangdong Province and the Guilin Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, and organized by the Guangxi Youth Doctor Special Committee of the Guangdong Doctor Innovation and Development Promotion Association and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Guangxi Doctor Friendship Association. The doctor group brings together high-level talents from Guangxi, Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, focusing on key industrial sectors such as electronic information and high-end equipment manufacturing in Guilin, to conduct on-site research on the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of local leading enterprises.

Comrade Tang Peng, the secretary of the company's Youth Committee, accompanied and explained throughout the visit, while relevant technical leaders of the company accompanied and answered questions throughout. The doctoral group visited the company's exhibition hall and dry-type capacitor production base in turn. Comrade Tang Peng comprehensively introduced the research and development, production process, and market application scenarios of the full range of dry-type capacitors, DC support capacitors, and pulse capacitors, while simultaneously showcasing the company's technical achievements and project application cases in serving ultra-high voltage transmission projects and repeatedly winning national science and technology progress awards.

Hosting the Guangxi Doctoral Delegation from Guangxi, Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao for a field visit is a significant practice for our company to actively respond to the talent exchange work of "Scientific and Technological Innovation in Guilin". Through this field visit, we have effectively opened up communication channels between high-level talents from Guangxi, Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao and our company, allowing high-level talents of Guangxi origin who are currently abroad to intuitively understand the industrial development opportunities in their hometown and the innovation needs of enterprises.
